24 X 7: Around the clock
service.
Fixed Rates: Flat fees
for specific installations.
New Installations: New equipment
setup, configuration, and testing.
Upgrade Installations:
New Installation plus DATA transfer.
Phone Support: Repair
of equipment or consulting over the telephone.
Remote Support: Repair
of equipment by remote console, dial-up or TCP/IP.
Business Customer: Computer
equipment located at a business address or equipment located at a residence
(home office) that is used for a business. All Server/Client networks
are considered business customers, regardless of the equipment use.
Residential Customer: Computer
equipment located at a residential address that is not used for business
purpose.
Service Level Agreement: Advance
payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.
Hours of Operation: Advance
payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.
Response Time: Advance
payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.
Back up & Virus repair: Advance
payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.
